I bought the 2126 which is an amazing filter; you definitely get what you pay for when owning one of these. It filters more than enough for a 55 gallon aquarium, plus it is easy to prime and get going. The flow control is really reliable, you can basically turn the filter off without it losing its syphon. What I love most is that it is completely silent, HUGE step above the more expensive hang on the tank filters I use to use. I wish I had bought one sooner, it would have made my life a lot easier. I can tell this is the last filter I will ever buy for my aquarium.
I've used the CD-922105 2126 freshwater w/heater for a long time. Its tiny "footprint" in the tank, one in/one out, is easily hidden from view. Media flexibility and easy cleaning make it even better!
