Spectra Vital provides marine biocatalysts that aid in acclimating reef organisms. BlackPowder maximizes growth and color in everything from anemones to coral. The combination of these two reef tank products brings colorful life to both coral and live rock. Instructions:
Correct amount depends on bio-load, or amount of organisms in aquarium. In most cases. 1/4 teaspoonful per 50 gallons can be sprinkled on the surface on a daily basis. To make a solution, use saltwater from aquarium only. Apply about two hours before lights go off. Skimmers may remove some of the product, but generally reef creatures will absorb it before it gets to the skimmer. Keep in cool, dry place like freezer.
