What is AHS?
AHS, or Anti-Heating System guarantees extra safety. This system automatically detects if the impeller is blocked (this could happen in particularly hard working conditions). After 3 startup attempts, the AHS function cuts the power supply to the pump to prevent the motor from overheating dangerously (thus heating the aquarium) or damaging the internal circuits.

Note: Should the AHS function activate, to restart the pump, simply unplug it from the electrical supply, check the cause of the impeller blockage and carry out appropriate maintenance and then plug in the Hydor Koralia Magnum.

I bought two #3s for my 90gal reef and I love them. Best thing to happen to my fish tank since the protein skimmer. I'm going to get two more and position them on the back bottom glass so I can get some flow behind my rock structure. That's what's so great about these pumps you can put them anywhere you need the flow!

Installed 2 in my 120 gal. reef tank. Excellent flow, fish and corals love it. Highly recommended. After you find the perfect mounting position, use a Sharpie felt pen to trace around the magnet from the outside - this makes it much easier to reposition the unit after cleaning it.

Excellent pump! I bought the #4 for my 105g and it really creates good water movement. It is a little noisy at startup with a wavemaker but still well worth the price. The combination large suction cup with magnets is an excellent feature, no more powerheads dangling by the power cord. The Koralia is without a doubt the best pump in it's price range.

I bought a Nano Koralia for my 26 gallon tank. I LOVE IT! This has to be the best powerhead that I have ever bought! It pushes water in all directions of the tank and just not one direction like regular powerheads. My clowns love it! They are constantly hosting the current. I recommend this product!

I have two #4s, a #3, and I am ordering a #1 now for my 90 gallon display tank. They are awesome I was reluctant to even buy the #4s because I thought I may have too much flow, deinitely not, it is just nice and gentle. I have used the #3 and am going to use the #1 just to stir up a couple remaining dead spots. I def recommend them, they really throw a broad circulation.

I love the Koralia nano and highly recommend them, but I also had the same problem described by others, with the small plastic piece that attaches the magnet to the frame. The little red ball is very brittle and it's a tight fit. Do be careful attaching the suction cup, as it will break if you force it. (only applies to the nano model)

I have 2 #6, 2#4, 2#3 In my 240Gallon Tank and they are awesome the smaller ones were in my first tank and have been running quietly for years. Great flow and directional ability. Long enough cords to work with an 8ft tank but not too long. Easy set up and magnet mount allows you to put any where. 5 out of 5 Stars

I bought three #2's for my 90 gallon. Two of them are on one side of the tank and the other powerhead is on the opposite side of the tank. They work great. The current is not too strong, but keeps good circulation. Having the three on a wavemaker adds to the good water flow. I would definitely recommend.

I got two #5's for my 100gal and love them. The 110 gal tank size listed is the max recomended size. I'm thinking about getting two more #5's and putting them on a timer to change the direction of water circulation.

I purchased two Koralia 4's for my 90 gallon reef tank. Boasting a total of 2,400 GPH extra in my reef has earned an A+ in my book. I plan to add a couple #1's or #2's in the back side of the tank to create a great clash in water movement. My corals have never looked better.

I just bought a Koralia #2 for my 30 gal tall reef tank and it is EXCELLENT! I now have great water movement in my whole tank. Unlike any other pump I have had, there is no strong current. The current is defused over a wide area and the current is very gentle. Also, since I took out my old powerhead and put this pump in, my water temperature has dropped 3 degrees. I will never go back to a powerhead again.

I added one Koralia Mag 8 on the left end of my five foot 120 reef tank. The Mag 8 is fantastic. My fish love to swim against the current. The corals and anemones are happy campers as well. I want to add a second Mag 8 on the right end. Why to go Hydor. Affordable, powerful water movement to simulate the oceans currents.

Hi, I have the Pump 4 on my 150g freshwater tank and man does this pump really move the water. A little bulky but well worth it. Well constructed. I would recommend this product if you are looking for some serious movement in your water.

Bought two #3's for my 90 gal reef tank - fish love it - more current than I thought possible - almost wish I would have bought just one #3 and maybe one #1 or #2 - love the rubberized magnet - that's the only way to go - doesn't make much noise either. Bought two #1's for my 38 gallon reef tank. WOW, what a difference. Was using 2 Power Sweep 212's and there's just no comparison. Wish I would have known about these pumps years ago. Don't even bother buying a regular powerhead, just buy one (or more) of these and know that you made one of the smartest decisions possible for your tank. Would also like to note: These pumps are so quiet you'll have a hard time knowing whether or not they are running (until you look inside the tank and see the AWESOME water movement).
