Lining the hallway leading to our Customer Service Center, the walls are crowded with hundreds of letters and pet photos sent to our Call Agents over the years. We think of these bulletin boards as our extended family photo album, and the faces of so many happy animals and owners remind us each day why we started mailing this catalog 25 years ago: to help families like yours take care of the pets they love.

"I have to tell you over the last several days I have dealt with your customer service dept. & your tech support people (names: Chris, Tom, June, Beth, and others) & if they aren't the most friendly & helpful people on the face of the planet I'm not sure who is and where to find them, WOW! Then to top that off your prices are VERY competitive & if that wasn't enough your shipping costs in my opinion were absolutely down right cheap for all I bought & in this day of $4.00 a gallon gas that's a HUGE PLUS!!!! So please take a moment & thank all those that dept. for me. They have sold me on Doctors F & S!!!!! Also please single out those mentioned & any others that dealt with the guy with the 220 gallon aquarium that was stripping it to bare glass.
