I have this 150W lamp on my 30 gal reef. The shimmer effect is amazing! I plan on ordering another when I upgrade to the 75 gal.
I just purchased two 70w Viper HQI clamp lamps for my 50gal. reef to suppliment the T5 HOs that I already had. Even without the T5s this is plenty of light for this aquarium. Also the construction of these lights is strong and durable. No missing parts. I'm impressed!
