Premium quality marine algae is natural source of nutrients for aquarium fish
Made from 100% natural dried macroalgae, Seaweed Selects supply an excellent source of vegetable protein, vitamins, amino acids, and natural pigments. Your herbivorous fish will also digest it much more completely than foods derived from "land-based" vegetables, like lettuce. Rip off any size piece from the convenient sheets, and attach them to a
vegetable clip or rubber band it to a rock to let your fish graze in a natural fashion. Each pack contains 10 large (6" x 7.4") and 10 small (2.2" x 7.4") sheets. Choose from 30 grams Green Marine Algae, Brown Marine Algae or 20 grams Red Marine Algae.

Red Marine Algae
Optimal food source and color enhancer for Damselfish, small Angelfish, Sponge Feeders, and other marine fish with softer mouth parts.
Feeding Guide for All
Tear off a piece of seaweed approximately two inches by three inches (for the average 55 gallon community aquarium) and place in the aquarium using a vegetable clip or attach seaweed to an aquarium rock using a rubber band or other practical technique (folding the seaweed piece prior to placement is recommended).
Allow fish to graze at their leisure. Any large seaweed pieces that break loose and float to the surface should be reattached. After 24 hours, remove any uneaten seaweed. This product should be used as a supplement to other food sources.

Seaweed selects really did a great job enticing my achilles tang to eat. He loves it!
Seaweed Selects are fine products. A must for raising yellow tangs. It supplies them the Vitamin C and the grazing that they need. A must buy product!
Good nutrition is a must for healthy aquarium inhabitants and a healthy ecosystem. Every year, thousands of fish become diseased or die because of malnutrition. Poor nutrition affects the fish's immune system, making them more susceptible to disease.
With the wide variety of commercial foods
available, it is sometimes difficult to determine
which type of food to feed your fish. When
choosing a food, the first thing you need to know
is what type of diet is natural to your fish.
No single food can provide all of the nutrients your fish need - protein, lipids, carbohydrates, vitamins, and minerals - in the forms each species prefer. Thus, the key to good feeding is variety.
Proper nutrition is essential for healthy aquarium inhabitants. Achieving good nutrition is more than choosing a food and feeding your fish. When selecting food for your fish, consider the dietary needs of all your fish.
